I have worked in the counseling field for 10 years and have experience working with kids, teens, families, and couples. I specialize in solution focused therapy, CBT, and addictions therapy. I also have a strong background in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bi-polar disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and substance abuse. I think it’s important to build confidence in clients while giving them tools today that can be used for a lifetime. I received my Bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida, and my Master’s degree from Webster University.
