I have worked in the mental health/addictions field for the past 40 years. During this time I've earned three Masters Degrees and a doctorate. I'm a Certified US DOT SAP and a Certified Advanced Alcohol/Drug Counselor. I worked as the Employee Assistance Professional at AU for 8 years, and am well-versed and experienced with employment issues. I am a certified trauma-informed counselor. Whether you realize it or not, you may have experienced things in your past that affects your daily life and all of your relationships. It would be my privilege to help you figure out what those are and guide you to a better life and a happier you.
