About

Therapy offers a new way of understanding your problems which in turn, creates new possibilities for feeling, thinking, and being. Guided by genuine curiosity, open-mindedness, and a keen listening presence, my practice brings thoughtful attention to issues regarding identity, relationships, and life transitions. I work with people from all walks of life facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief, and trauma. Over time, therapy can provide the value of insight, but also a future with more meaning, personal growth, and deeper connections.

My approach is person-centered and psychodynamic, which means we will explore your unique personal story, uncover the roots of your struggles, and identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. We will work closely to reach your goals as we seek positive change and lasting relief from inner conflicts/experiences that trouble both your past and present.

You have taken a meaningful step in seeking psychotherapeutic work. I'm here to provide a non-judgmental environment and unconditional positive regard as we seek to access your experiences within a variety of perspectives ranging from the present to the unconscious, the familial/cultural to the historical. I welcome you to email me for a free consultation.
