They might also struggle with understanding personal space, handling conflicts, or regulating their emotions when upset. Is your teen grappling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or challenges in forming their identity and managing relationships? Or maybe you are a young adult dealing with the stress of college and the complexities of independence. Imagine being able to face life's challenges with confidence each day. I help clients by gaining insight into their current situation, identifying what is working and what is not, and creating a personalized plan to improve their well-being. By using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, we’ll foster healthier thinking and coping skills, manage emotions, and improve relationships.

With 10 years of experience as a mental health therapist in hospitals, schools, and the community, I support children, teens, and young adults through their unique challenges. My practice provides a compassionate space to address social skills, stress, life transitions, and anxiety or depression. Together, we’ll build tools for a more fulfilling life.
