About

Do you feel like depression, anxiety, stress, life changes, or other mental health issues are blocking you from living the life you hoped for? I can help you reduce the impact on your mind, body, and emotions. These problems can be difficult to navigate alone, but there are ways to reduce your symptom severity and frequency, and improve the quality of your life. Together, we can discover, or rediscover, strengths and abilities you possess to bring about positive change in your life.

I am a person-centered therapist with specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, treatment of trauma, and couple’s therapy. I have experience working with those who have depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-harm, addiction, chronic illness, and other serious mental health disorders. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families.

I have training in integrative medicine for mental health practitioners, and believe 12 step programs can be very useful in recovery. I am able to integrate these principles into treatment, if desired by my clients. I also believe that couples and families can work with a therapist to improve communication, find balance, and enhance their relationships.
