Animal Assisted Therapy of the Triangle is a mental health and wellness clinic with offices located in located in Clayton, Raleigh, and Powell's Point. Serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in Johnston, Wake, Dare and surrounding counties in NC. We have a team of therapists with the knowledge and experience to help clients with a wide range of mental health and wellness issues. Our therapists are Doctoral and Master's level LPCs and we have a Substance Abuse Counselor. We are client centered, taking a holistic approach to mental health involving a variety of interventions: animal assisted therapy, EMDR, telemental health, mindfulness, yoga techniques, expressive therapies with arts and music, as well as equine facilitated psychotherapy.

Our goal is to offer professional counseling and wellness services in a warm and inviting environment either in our office, at a therapy farm, or online, helping clients to achieve their desired goals.
