Life can be messy, and it does not come with a guidebook. Maybe it has been a struggle as long as you can remember, or perhaps there is a certain hurdle you hope to overcome. Having someone to work through problems and difficulties can be a great relief and aid along the journey. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy designed to meet your individual needs including Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, CBT, reminiscence, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. My passion as a therapist is working with individuals struggling with trauma, grief and loss. I hope to provide a non-judgmental environment and holistic approach that will help you make goals and cope with the stresses of life. I believe we all can grow through therapy and find a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
