About

I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders. Over 90% of my clinical work focuses on these three concerns. I regularly participate in ongoing, extensive training in these areas in order to effectively utilize the most up-to-date treatment options. Therapy targets developing insight, learning to identify unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors, confronting fears, and developing confidence in your ability to use strategies that can reduce the impact of symptoms on your life.

I believe that lasting change does not happen without taking action. What you process, learn, and practice in therapy must be transferable to your time outside of therapy and meaningful in your daily life. Whether you are hoping to free yourself from anxiety or begin working toward recovery from an eating disorder, I will help you find your inner strength.

My goal is to collaborate with you to identify a plan to meet your treatment goals. I will tailor your therapy experience to your unique needs. If you are ready to take the next step and begin therapy, I encourage you to reach out, ask questions about my experience and therapeutic style, and determine if my expertise will help you to reach your goals.
