As a therapist, I believe in a collaborative approach, and work alongside with you to uncover your thought processes, managing challenging emotions and life transition through a strength-based and a culturally sensitive approach. I am here to empower you and partner with you throughout your journey. I have experience supporting others in coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, working through family of origin, improving self-esteem, as well as individuals who have experienced family separation within the child welfare system.

Through the use of CBT and trauma-focused lens, we will work together to build coping skills to tackle any unhelpful thoughts and emotions.

Therapy looks different for all individuals, and we will work together to create a plan to reach your goals!
