About

I specialize in supporting women and parents through the transitions and challenges of motherhood, matrescence, and modern family life. With a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach, I integrate psychodynamic principles, attachment theory, and evidence-based strategies like CBT and ACT to help clients navigate the complexities of parenthood.

As a therapist trained in perinatal mental health, I provide specialized support for postpartum depression, anxiety, and the identity shifts of parenthood. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to navigate challenges, rediscover strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

If you’d like to connect and see if we’re a good fit, let’s start with a phone consultation. Consultation calls are free, and take about 15-20 minutes. This will give us a chance to chat, hear a bit more about you and what you are looking for in therapy. I can share about my approach to therapy and answer any questions you have.
