About

If you've been feeling out of place - whether it is in this moment or all your life - you are not alone. Maybe you are a first-time parent (or fourth!) navigating how to juggle all your other identities with your new parent role. Maybe you are trying to work out some generational differences with your parents. Maybe you just want to be able to talk to your partner, sibling, in-laws, or metamour and feel seen, heard, and understood. If you are struggling to be on the same page with yourself or your loved ones, I am here to help you explore ways to create the kind of relationships you want in your life.

As someone who grew up in what I call "in between" spaces, I am interested in supporting how different identities within ourselves mesh and collide with one another, as well as in relationships and in society. As a new-ish mother, I am interested in navigating different phases of pregnancy and parenthood, as well as a potential journey as a parent.

My hope is to create a safe, collaborative space with you in which you can explore your multiplicities and bridge the gaps that you may be experiencing, whether that is between generations, within yourself, and/or with your community. Check out my website to see if you think we could be a good fit. I look forward to speaking with you!
