About

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to click that "find a therapist" button. Seeking therapy typically isn't a milestone we hope to reach or a bucket-list item. For many of us, the option arises from pain we can no longer tolerate, feeling powerless to change. Loneliness, fear, anxiety, shame, anger, despair, hopelessness, helplessness- these are only some of the many emotional experiences we encounter simply by being human. I imagine you've asked yourself "how did I get here?" And here you are. You are HERE, exactly where you need to be, and I greatly respect the choice you made to show up to and for YOU.

As a Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CBT) and real-life human, I can help you step back from the inner turmoil of difficult emotions and unbefitting narrative storyline and into your authentic self. I'll help you bring awareness to patterns of thinking and behaving that may be keeping you stuck, and make simple intentional steps toward sustainable change.

What would it be like to feel confident you are living life intentionally aligned with your values, goals and aspirations? You DESERVE to feel joy, love, purpose and excitement about your life and your future. Thank you for being here. Together, we can shift from surviving to thriving! If you've gotten this far, call me for a free consultation.
