Many clients come to see me because they are experiencing the painful effects of relationship, family, or dating issues (communication blocks; complex trauma; narcissistic abuse), they are living with chronic illness (diabetes; autoimmune disorders; medical trauma), or they are strengthening their neurodivergent identity and coping skills (ADHD; Autism; AuDHD). Others are struggling with career issues, particularly if they are creative professionals or work in technical fields (burnout, imposter syndrome, confidence). Together we'll work to better understand and navigate the systems and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Having worked in the entertainment industry and then pivoted to tech, I understand what it takes to navigate and cope in these uniquely challenging environments. My sessions are tailored to your unique goals and priorities, with an emphasis on strength-based, client-centered, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed care. There isn’t anything to fix about you, but there is navigating a world that isn’t built for you. My style is collaborative, warm, and authentic. My hope is to support you to tell your story and understand what may be hindering your progress, so that you can live an empowered life aligned with your true self.
