I provide teletherapy services, so that you can conveniently be seen from the comfort of your home. It’s not uncommon for us to struggle with life stressors from time to time. I'm skilled in working with clients managing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, communication, medical diagnoses, addiction, codependency, intimacy, relationships, personal growth, core values, self-harm, suicidal ideations, and unexpected life changing circumstances. Together we can develop a treatment plan that you’re comfortable with. I can provide you with on-going support, and hopefully provide some insightful moments while you're maneuvering through the healing process.
