We'll collaborate to uncover the things that have left you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or uncomfortable and work to help you create a better understanding of these issues. You will be able to explore and incorporate additional and alternative ways of thinking, feeling, being, and becoming. I specialize in working with women and individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community.
