Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
I understand that finding a therapist who you can trust and feel comfortable with is important. I am easy to talk to and offer a warm, relaxed, and non judgmental environment where you can speak honestly and confidentially about any issues you may be having in your life. My role as a therapist is to help you both explore opportunities for growth and change and to look for barriers that might be getting in the way. If you struggle with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or stressful life events, therapy can be a place to find support and solutions. Therapy can also help you to change longstanding patterns of behavior, thoughts, and emotions that lead to problems like addiction, poor self esteem, and unhealthy choices in relationships. I specialize in helping clients with depression, anxiety, relationships, and self esteem struggles. I am trained in EMDR, a method to treat trauma. Additionally, I am a Certified Daring Way(tm) Facilitator (CDWF), a methodology based on the work of Brené Brown which helps individuals show up, be seen, and live brave.
