I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, with a primary focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also incorporate behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, psychoeducational strategies, and attachment-based techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to help individuals recognize their strengths and abilities while guiding them

I emphasize self-reflection in the therapeutic process, which encourages clients to learn from their experiences and move forward with improved functioning. I believe in a person-centered approach that prioritizes the unique journey of each individual. I look forward to partnering with you on your path to healing and growth.
