In my work as a therapist, I will strive to assist you in making lasting positive changes in your life. I have been in practice since 2013 and have worked in various mental health settings, including psychiatric hospitals, day treatment centers for troubled youth, intensive in-home therapy, and community-based outpatient treatment. I have experience in working with clients who struggle in the following areas: anxiety, anger management, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, self-harm, trauma, and sports-related performance issues. I specialize in treating children and adolescents who are prone to verbal or physical aggression, fail to comply with requests from parents/guardians, or refuse to take responsibility for their actions. I'm also excited to offer brainspotting as an alternative to traditional talk therapy. Brainspotting is a groundbreaking new approach that can help you process emotional pain, trauma, or stress, and is highly effective for a variety of mental health related concerns.
