I have been practicing counseling with children, adolescents and adults for over 30 years in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the San Francisco Bay area. I am licensed in Pennsylvania and California. I am flexible in my approach, using a combination of cognitive, psycho-dynamic and trauma informed approaches. I believe that, fundamentally, people are striving for health. I will work with you respectfully and collaboratively to clarify and achieve your goals, enhance resiliency, and resolve challenging interpersonal patterns.
