About

Life transitions can be painful. When we feel sadness or anxiety, we may feel empty and alone, often leading to further distance and lack of connection. Building inner capacity allows for openness and movement towards a better relationship with ourselves and others, in turn, creating long term resilience and self-awareness. I believe that if you are open to this kind of exploration in therapy, I can help you. Working through an anti-oppressive, empowerment lens, I will meet you in the moment, work creatively to bring light to ongoing patterns, and work collaboratively with you- as you are.

With advanced training in Gestalt Therapy, I work experientially and relationally; often working individually with creatively-inclined adults. My practice welcomes feelings related to the climate crisis and the natural world and believe these expressions invite dialogue for change.

I will offer a space that is open, non-pathologizing and relational-and believe humor is the best medicine. Through collaboration and authenticity, we can bring your strengths to the forefront of our work and invite all of the facets that make up who you are to the table.
