About

I’m passionate about creating space for therapy participants to find fuller versions of themselves through exploration, play, and experiential learning. I believe that liberated imagination, mindful movement, and ability to sit with paradox are transformative skills that can be used towards individual and collective healing. My therapy style is person centered and strength based, I believe that you are the expert on you. I cultivate a warm and friendly space to connect and build a trusting therapeutic relationship.

I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, identity issues, body image, and trauma. I use skills from Internal Family Systems, Gestalt Therapy, Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in sessions to build awareness, resilience, and to reinstate agency and ability to change.

I recognize the impact and trauma caused by systemic oppression and I work critically to reflect on my own values, beliefs, and biases to practice with an anti-oppressive framework. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, folx exploring gender identity, sexual orientation, artists and creatives.
