I believe that we all do our best to navigate the stresses of life, and sometimes in the journey we feel directionless, knocked down, or pulled between competing paths. It may be that something isn’t working, but you haven’t quite figured out what. Although feeling stuck can be scary or unsettling, you do not have to go through it alone. I strive to be trauma-informed and culturally sensitive in my therapeutic approach. My hope is to create a safe space for my clients to feel empowered to face and manage their suffering, learn what makes them resilient, and work toward what they value. Accepting new clients as of 10/23/2024 My clinical training has included work at a university counseling center, children’s hospital, and community mental health centers. These experiences have shaped my clinical interests in working with clients who are experiencing trauma and grief, and supporting adolescents and young adults as they figure out who they are and who they want to be. Additionally, I offer psychological testing services for concerns related to ADHD, academic functioning, diagnostic clarity, and personality functioning. My hope is to provide clarity and resources to support overall wellbeing. If you feel you may be a good fit, or are curious to learn more, I encourage you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
