My mission is to provide therapeutic support to children, teenagers, young adults and their families. This can range from a 5yr old who is struggling with her parents’ recent divorce, a 14yr old needing coping skills as he tries to overcome a bullying situation, an 18 year old in his first semester in college struggling with anxiety, or a 21yr old battling ADHD that interferes with her career goals and to a parent who desperately wants to strengthen their relationship with their kids. (And much more!) View 7 Photos With a background in foster care agency work, I bring extensive experience working with children, families and parents of all ages and backgrounds. I also love connecting with young adults (18-30) who are feeling stuck and helping them unravel the web of their life and story so that they can move forward with their lives in a positive direction. Growing up and finding your place in this world can be hard, but no one should suffer alone. I have a knack for connecting with children of all ages and entering into THEIR world. I speak both “teen” and “parent” which helps us break down barriers to communication. Millenials and Gen Z are also a specialty of mine and I love working with this population.
