About

I see individuals in all stages of life and love working with children of all ages. I was a 1st grade teacher for 4 years prior to becoming a therapist and I have teenage children of my own so I have experience with all stages of child development. I take pride in my ability to help those who are or who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction or are going through life changes such as separation, divorce, retirement or children moving away. I am also a Type 1 Diabetic and would love to connect with other Type 1's and help navigate life's journey. View 8 Photos

My therapy approach is tailored to each unique individual. It is typically a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), experiential components and play therapy for children.

At the foundation, my therapeutic approach will always include compassion, openness, and warmth. If you or your child are struggling with navigating the ups and downs of life, please don't hesitate to reach out.
