As a licensed psychotherapist for over 30 years, and an experienced psychonaut (one who experiments with psychedelic medicines) the past 50 years, I am well qualified to help you (alone, or with your partner) prepare for and integrate a psychedelic experience. Couples are my specialty. As you probably understand, I cannot and do not encourage you to experiment with illegal substances. But if you are an adult who has had, or is intending to have, such an experience, and need help minimizing its risks and maximizing its benefits, I'm here to help. A New York State licensed psychotherapist and Mental Health Counselor, my integration work has grown out of my own experience. I've found specific actions and methods to bring the insights and epiphanies gained from a psychedelic journey back home into your day-to-day life. In this way, I help both individuals and couples find happiness on their own terms. Together, we will do solution-oriented work, focusing on the here and now, and on developing the skills you need to create the life you want. This work will help you discover your deeper self, which is the place where lasting solutions are born.
