With my background in clinical care, leadership in addiction services, and a trauma-informed approach, I am well-prepared to support clients dealing with depression, substance use disorders, and grief and loss. I combine evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, client-centered focus, ensuring that my clients receive the support they need to heal and move forward in life. In session, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. I believe that trust and connection are the foundation of effective therapy, so I approach every client with genuine empathy, curiosity, and respect. What keeps clients coming back to me is the genuine connection we build and the trust they feel in our relationship. I create a space where they know they can be themselves without fear of judgment. I think my clients appreciate that I really listen to them, and that I meet them with empathy and understanding, no matter what they’re going through.
