About

“It’s just some anxiety”. These are words I have heard often. However, the feeling of anxiety is one that can make even simple tasks seem like the most difficult mountains. Working with women, teens, and children, I take a faith-based integrative health approach to help my clients reach their therapeutic goals to support them in overcoming feelings of anxiety, as well as other issues that may bring them to counseling. During sessions I help my clients explore and process their emotions while also looking at practical approaches to help achieve and maintain progress.

Using integrative health, a client’s overall physical wellbeing is also considered as this is closely this tied to one’s mental health. Within the scope of my practice as an LPC, I help clients explore what lifestyle changes may help alleviate mental health symptoms. I utilize psychoeducation and referrals to help achieve holistic and well-rounded solutions.

You don’t have to live with “just some anxiety”. Reach out with any questions you may have, or to schedule an appointment.
