Charity loves seeing people not just heal, but thrive as they move forward and make changes in their lifestyles that reflect their happier and healthier mindstate. Charity believes life is about figuring out who you are, what you need, and learning how to get what you need – all while enjoying the process and maintaining that ever elusive “balance.” Charity is passionate about working with clients within the LGBTQ+ and Black, Brown, and Asian communities. Charity specializes in Neurodivergent-Affirming Care - those with and without formal ADHD/Autism Spectrum Diagnoses - Religious Trauma, Grief & Loss, and Life Transitions. All while assisting clients as they overcome anxiety, depression, and traumatic life events. Overall, her work centers around affirming the experiences of marginalized communities, and empowering them as they heal. Charity is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, which are informed by Feminist and Multicultural Therapies. She also integrates yoga movements, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques which assist Neurodivergents, and trauma survivors make the changes they’d like to see, including living healthier, more satisfying and self-directed lives. So, if you are ready to make a change, learn the skills and put them into practice, she is excited and ready to support you!
