My mission is to assist individuals with finding ways to work through life's challenge and to find an effective and suitable method to reach your goals in the therapeutic process. Life can be overwhelming and stressful and I'm here to help. I have experience working with adolescents and adults to address concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, self-compassion, stress, depression and grief. I received my Bachelors in Social Services from Mercer University and I completed my Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I offer a listening ear to your issues and we will work together to derive a plan and work towards reaching your goal to wholeness. I'm an empathetic, passionate and reliable therapist.
