Would the experiences from your past that you secretly harbor no longer have power over you? Would you be able to dream again? Would you and your family know how to handle conflict and be able to enjoy life together? Would you and your significant other have a relationship where both of you felt heard and cared for emotionally, physically and spiritually? Would the noise of life be quiet enough for you to plan your day and set obtainable goals? What would be different if you woke up in the morning and you found yourself smiling? What would have happened overnight for this to happen? What if I told you your answers could be possible if you are willing to take the steps and do the work to allow this to happen? There is no change without action so congratulations for making it this far.
