There are times when we feel overwhelmed, trapped and life feels out of control. I want you to know that you are not alone. It's okay to feel anxiety, loneliness, sadness or worry at times. The more we run from it or avoid it, the worse it may become. You may be going through a life transition such as a new job, new relationship, becoming a parent or maybe you are having difficulties in your current relationship. Life can get messy and I get it. I want to help you untangle those messy moments to be able to bounce back from the chaos and change the way that you cope. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment to help you navigate through internal conflict and daily problems.I approach treatment from a Trauma-Informed, Cognitive Behavioral, Culturally Competent, and problem solving perspective, providing guidance and offering tools to help you along the way. We will tailor to your specific situation. I am a bilingual first generation therapist. I have been through my own adversities so understand what it feels like to feel like things will never get better. But they can. Let me help you uncover the root of the problems, so that we can dig deep, heal and make lifelong changes. Let's connect for a 15 minute consultation to get started.
