Accepting New Clients - Life can be overwhelming, and trying to understand and process experiences can be difficult. Understanding your mental health and how to care for your well-being can be life-changing. Suffering from anxiety, depression, relational/familial conflict or trauma, or just looking for an outside perspective can all benefit from therapy. I do speak some Mandarin but require that clients also speak some English. My specialties include working with: individuals with anxiety and depression, teenagers and young adults dealing with life transitions, families with excessive distress in their lives, and couples who desire finding each other again. In addition, I work well with people trying to discover their own identities. I am pursuing a graduate degree and operating under a supervisor's license. I am an aspiring Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about helping people. My goal is to encourage individuals, couples, and families to achieve their goals and start their journey on healing.
