Hi! I am Catherine and I am an Associate Professional Counselor at GROW Counseling in Atlanta, Georgia. I specialize in anxiety/depression, life transitions, career and maternal mental health. My 12 years of experience in nonprofits empowering girls and women to use their own voice and find confidence has inspired my focus in counseling. Sometimes it can be hard to sort out the noise from the pressures of today, stories from the past and worries of the future and I am here to listen and customize my skills and strategies to help you. I hope to see each client as a whole person in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Using a strengths-based approach, I will help guide you through your own healing process, based on goals we set together.
