Therapists » Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Does life feel like a lot? Have you been feeling unheard, confused, overwhelmed? Do you find yourself questioning, what should I do? Perhaps it feels like something is not quite right or missing. You might even feel trapped in a constant state of anxiety! We all go through periods of uncertainty and transition, but sometimes we need help finding our way. I'm here to help! I will listen, offer alternative perspectives, and challenge you to look at situations differently while honoring your unique point of view. Together, we'll help you acquire the insight and tools needed to move forward to a better quality of life. I treat the whole person, using an eclectic approach rooted in CBT. I believe all dimensions of our health interconnect to form a complete picture. Whatever we do to our body affects our mind and our spirit, and vice versa. A similar relationship exists between our thoughts, emotions and actions. A change in one of these areas leads to changes in the others. You can expect to walk away from therapy with the tools to reconstruct unproductive thought patterns, effectively communicate and make behavioral changes that will stimulate lifelong growth. I've felt called to help people since childhood and I'm grateful to have served as a counselor since 2016. The peace, the passion, the purpose I feel is immeasurable.
