About

Life is a series of changes, ranging in frequency and severity, all requiring us to make adjustments. Stress resulting from uncertainty can heavily impact our self-esteem, our ability to engage in relationships, and to make healthy choices. With the right tools, and a great system of support, you are capable of navigating such changes. My office is a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space to build a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all service! A humanistic approach stresses individual responsibility and awareness of present psychological and physical needs. I utilize an integrated perspective of Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, Gestalt theory, person-centered, and narrative therapy, from a humanistic approach.

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults with a range of concerns including: anxiety, depression, behavioral complaints, mood disorders, relationship issues, autism, self-esteem and acceptance, sexuality, and trauma. I’d be happy to schedule a time to speak with you and see if I would be a good fit to support you during this journey.
