About

As Natalie Rogers said, "If a person feels accepted and understood, then healing occurred." Whether you are facing a challenging transition period in your life, recovering from trauma, or struggling with mood disorders, I believe in the benefit of exploring our lived experiences through artistic reflection. I enjoy working with teens through older adulthood who desire to open their minds and hearts to new ways of thinking.

Utilizing person-centered and trauma-informed approaches, I focus on individual strengths that have allowed my clients to survive adversity. I also take a laid-back approach to cognitive behavioral therapy where we learn more about you as a whole, and explore how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact our experience.

I believe in the importance of humanity to nurture growth. Sharing your story can be intimidating, but I am honored to support you through hardship. If we seem like a good fit, I'm ready to embark on a journey toward healing as soon as you are.
