About

Therapy is the start of a rewarding and challenging intimate relationship with a complete stranger (me!). We will start by working to understand your current concerns as it relates to your history and family of origin. Then we work to uncover and explore patterns of thinking and behaviors, and identify ways to tolerate or change difficult emotions, while strengthening coping skills. I utilize different modalities including psychodynamics, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Complicated Grief, and positive and attachment-based lenses to support people going through anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges.

I am a seasoned couples therapist who is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Imago Therapy. For couples, we identify the negative cycle, triggers, and past injuries in the relationship, and work to repair unmet needs and create new positive cycles. I am generally structured, direct, and empathic when conducting couples therapy.

I am honored to give you space and go to the tough inner places at all points in your life in a non-judgmental, confidential way. I will encourage you to be imperfect, curious, and above all, loving towards yourself. It can take time to find a therapist that meets your needs. Let's connect to see how I can support you through this journey.
