About

If you're feeling anxious about the state of things these days and would like to talk, I am meeting with people remotely via phone and video. Therapy is a conversation in which you can discuss the most complex and sensitive subjects. Together we reach an understanding of what you're experiencing by sorting through your thoughts and feelings.

Things I work with in my practice: Relationship issues, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, the impact of a frenetic, fast paced life, work and career issues, the impact of medical issues, spiritual issues, and the development of well-being and happiness. I work with adults, both individuals and couples.

Additionally I research: Group dynamics, the relationship between instinct and intuition, flow experiences among teams and individuals.
