About

Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and we find ourselves stuck, unsure how to proceed, facing an uncertain future. Our thoughts and emotions can feel weighty, and we don't always know where to turn or what might help. I know what this is like, and I am ready and dedicated to offer you a supportive, collaborative relationship where you can share the struggles you are facing, deepen your understanding of yourself, and lay out your hopes and goals. My approach is conversational, warm, non-judgmental, and culturally responsive. We'll work closely together to make sense of your experiences, identify challenges, and create change.

My background includes clinical social work, behavior change, mindfulness, coaching, and wellness practices, and I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I have significant experience working with high-achieving people, navigating work-life balance, interpersonal dynamics, and relationships (including partner therapy).

I am here to support and accompany you, whether you are experiencing acute distress or looking for a space to explore and plan next steps. Please call or email to schedule a conversation to see if we might be a good match!
