Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or addictive behaviors? You're not alone. We live in a stressful world, and stress can trigger and exacerbate our mental health issues. In addition, events such as major life transitions, relationship conflicts, loss of loved ones, and living with chronic illness can pose challenges to our wellbeing. I am here to help. I'm a great listener, and, as a former attorney, I am solution-focused and use evidence-based treatment in my work with clients. I can also help you gain invaluable insight into yourself, and identify positive changes you can make to be happier and less stressed. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan that best suits your treatment goals and needs. I have considerable experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as mindfulness practices, DBT, family systems theory, and psychoanalysis. I also have a strong background in the treatment of substance use disorders. I will meet you wherever you are in your journey to wellness, and help guide you in the direction you want to take to achieve your goals. All you need is willingness and motivation to improve your life. Currently, I am seeing clients via teletherapy. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss working together.
