Trauma informed approach; Interactive Attachment Therapy including emotional growth and improving in self-care/love is the best gift you can give yourself. Psycho-spiritual approach is utilized and helpful in lifting ones' mood, inner-well being and just feeling clearer in ones' thoughts.
