About

At times, therapy can feel necessary in the short-term to help navigate a crisis situation. At other times, it can be a longer process of self-exploration and growth. My goal is to help you tell your story, figure out how to overcome stuckness, and live a more meaningful life in whatever way you define that. We will pay close attention to the patterns that frustrate you, the things you want but can't seem to get, the parts of yourself you want to express but remain hidden or misunderstood.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to our work together. I don't aim to fix you but rather help you understand and narrate your own life. I know that depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and other life circumstances can get in the way of creativity, spontaneity, work and love.

I am an active listener who utilizes curiosity, humor and warmth to create a safe environment. I encourage you to bring all your identities into the room so we may come to understand how you can live your life in the most authentic way possible.
