About

I am accepting new clients for in-person sessions or via tele-health secure portal. I work with individuals and families who wants to develop new skills to address the areas in their lives where they are experiencing distress. Many of my clients are grieving the loss of a loved one, struggling with marital or parenting difficulties, addictions, anxiety, and depression. If you need someone who listens and understands the challenges of going through difficult transitions, breaking the hold of addictions, how to improve relationships, and developing a meaningful life, give me a call. Let's write the next chapter of your life together.

I have a master's degree in clinical psychology and advanced training in couples therapy through Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 & 2. This is a second career for me; I have 34 years experience both as a teacher and middle school principal.

Life can be challenging and sometimes you may need more support than family or friends can provide. It is my honor to walk along side you as you navigate the twists and turns. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship concerns, work or school issues I am here to help. Together we can help you live life to the fullest!
