Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
My style is empathetic, warm, curious, and calm. I focus on emotionally attuning and connecting with my clients. I enjoy working with creative people who are dealing with relationship and family issues, life transitions, and those who are ready to process experiences of trauma. I work with a psychoanalytic approach which means I like to collaborate with the client in an exploration of their history to better understand themselves. I also work relationally which means that together we will utilize the therapeutic relationship to explore the unconscious. I strive to interact with authenticity to promote a greater sense of awareness, and connection in my client’s lives. I think of the work we do as holistic because we get to the root of the issue in order to facilitate lasting change. My work is trauma informed and I am EMDR trained. I also work with children and families with autism. I understand that reaching out can be a big step! I am accepting new clients via telehealth or in person in Silverlake. If you are interested in working together please reach out and we can schedule a 15 minute consultation. I look forward to chatting.
