About

The various pressures of society today are ripe for the onset of eating disorders, low self-esteem, relational conflict, depression and anxiety. We all need a listening ear and a willing person to help navigate these pressures and the ebbs and flows of life. Whether you are seeking a helping hand during an unforeseen storm or you are in a season of reflection, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity in hopes that you will soon recognize, value, and celebrate your own inner strength.

I have been practicing psychology for over 15 years in a variety of settings including partial hospitalization treatment programs, schools, college counseling centers, and private practices and with a variety of individuals including adults, families, couples, and adolescents. I specialize in eating disorders, mood disorders, and relational conflict.

You are already demonstrating the strength needed to move forward and gain clarity. Thank you for reaching out and I look forward to hearing from you!
