Therapists » Associate Clinical Social Worker
If you are a teen, child, or adult who struggles with anxiety, conflict, social interaction, or traumatic memories, or if you are a parent caring for a child with a sensitive nervous system, I am here to help. I enjoy making the therapy space something to look forward to and I believe in the power of partnership and collaboration. If you struggle with overwhelming thoughts, feelings, or behaviors in yourself or your child then you can rely on my expertise to provide compassionate support and practical strategies to help you navigate these challenges. I offer virtual therapy for children, youth, families, and adults, emphasizing kindness and compassion in a safe, open therapy space. To provide interventions that can be used with your whole life in mind, I consider many life aspects of the person or family in treatment with a so-called a systems-perspective and tailor each treatment to you. I have experience with parenting strategies, welfare system-involved families, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and complex trauma. I believe that everyone has the innate ability to improve parts of themselves to live a more fulfilling life, and I would like to be with you or your family on this journey. I hope to speak with you soon!
