I am a licensed professional counselor and registered dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders for over 25 years. My experience includes all aspects of disordered eating and eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia,and/or compulsive overeating. I work with males and females of all ages. Normal struggles that may be experienced with eating disorders are depression and anxiety and aspects such as these will be addressed. If you're looking for support and guidance with eating issues, body image issues or having a better relationship with food, I look forward to working with you. In looking at the specific food and body image issues, I believe an individual can begin to understand a more direct way to deal with these issues, resulting in a more empowered, balanced and whole life I understand at a personal level the hope and healing that comes from process of recovery. It is learning to accept yourself where you are and asking where you want to move next. It is a process of love and acceptance that requires courage in the journey to wholeness.
