Stress. Anxiety. Depression. Confusing emotions. Relationship issues. Poor self image. Unresolved trauma. People seek therapy for many reasons, but taking that first step can be scary. It's a brave step into the unknown, but it's also a path toward healing and insight. Therapy is a special relationship with a guide who offers a new perspective so you can discover your strengths and grow into the person you want to be. I offer a safe environment to learn more about yourself and help you integrate all the parts of yourself into the strong person you were created to be. Strong selves, strong connections. View 6 Photos My approach is supportive and gentle. I am good at educating to help you understand how you arrived at this place, and I offer tools to guide you toward where you want to go. I have a special focus on helping clients deal with abuse trauma, sexual problems, and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR and integrate somatic experiences into our sessions. Everyone can benefit from therapy. If you have been hesitating to talk to a therapist, feel free to reach out to ask any questions you might have about what this process involves. You matter, and I would love to help you work on the areas of your life you want to grow in. (Note: if you can't reach me by phone, text or email works well!)
