About

Life can be stressful sometimes! Navigating through the anxieties and worries of life can be overwhelming. Seeking help when needed is an act of self-compassion and care. You are not alone. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space for you to process life experiences, and be heard, seen, and validated as you move towards healing, growth, and well-being. I enjoy working with families and individuals from diverse backgrounds. I help individuals with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relational and attachment issues, cancer diagnosis, and topics of religion and spirituality.

I believe in a therapeutic relationship that is culturally sensitive and fosters respect, authenticity, and trust. I use an integrative approach which often includes CBT, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques based on the client’s needs. I focus my practice on serving teenagers 16+, adults of all ages, and families.
