About

As a trauma-informed couples therapist, I help couples and individuals navigate complex dynamics shaped by social, personal, and historical factors. My approach focuses on understanding how past experiences impact present relationship patterns to help people move toward new ways of being with both others and themselves. I work toward creating a space to freely explore and communicate about identity, communication, trauma, and cultural expectations so you can break free from painful cycles. My goal is to help you and your partner build relationships that feel authentic, deeply connected, and aligned with your values.

I work with couples and individuals dealing with past trauma or navigating life transitions. I specialize in couples therapy, relational trauma, and treating childhood trauma in adults. I especially welcome those who feel stuck in difficult patterns and want to move beyond conflict and disconnection.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter solutions. I believe meaningful change comes from looking at what’s beneath the surface—whether that’s unmet needs, unresolved trauma, or cultural complexities. Our work will involve delving deep into these areas to bring clarity, healing, and ultimately, liberation.
